Atleast add "players in wilderness counter" in quest tab.

Just removing opt in and out would be fine IMO. After advertisements go out, then this should be implemented. That's just my opinion though.

Also could make the target system refresh more often. You can have guy as a target showing that he's, lets say "lvl 40-50" and later you find out that he's been afking home for 5 minutes or so.
