Using a whip will make it feel like you are using a Longsword. Rapid on Shortbow will make it seem like you are using a Dark Bow.

Yep, your weapon decreases your attack speed xd

Rush - from 5 second bind to 12
Burst - from 10 second bind to 24
Blitz - from 15 second bind to 36
Barrage - from 20 second bind to 48

Incorrect, it slows your oppontents attack speed for that time. If I recall correctly this effect only happens when you use the special attack.
