It has come to the attention of the staff team that there is an ongoing problem with AFKing and abusing certain methods (which we will not disclose for obvious reasons).
This ranges from a plethora of things but mainly 2 come to mind, being macroing and combat.
A few bans have been issued despite administrators warning users not to do these AFK methods. I would like to formally announce that any sort of AFKing that we find you will be issued with a warning (unless serious it will go to instant ban as usual). If you fail to understand the warning and continue in these activities then we will take action against your account.
It's currently giving an unfair advantage, which isn't right. We want the experience to feel fair across the whole board which is why we are implementing this temporary rule.
The reason this is only temporary is because the team are discussion an implementation on how to solve this issue. Hopefully we will have more information on this soon. As for now, I wanted this announcement to be clear.
Consider this your warning.
