Potion Decanter: Add a chatbox interface with the ability to decant your potions into 1, 2, 3 and 4 doses.
optional and much easier to code: add empty vials to skilling supply shop for manual decanting.
This way we can take 1 dose potions into raids and not needing to drop full potions to waste them for no reason. Currently its very difficult to get hold of empty vials. You'd either have to save them up during pvming (non optimal due to invent space waste) or chug on attack pots till they're empty for about 50 hours to get a couple vials.
