Server Downtime

We have been experiencing some downtime lately and to further answer your queries I thought I would make a thread on it:

• The server will be offline until Palidino returns
• Nobody is currently aware of what directly threw the server offline, even staff
• We assume it's something to do with the current dedi not being able to withhold the great amount of playerbase we've gained recently, though that is just a guess and we are not entirely sure
• We are not being ddossed. We have a good protection against attackers and the forum would most likely be down, too - if that were the case.

If you are unable to log in/load the client then this is why.

It's a server issue, not client - as that would be for individual users whereas in this case the whole server went down.

It's like saying screen resolution and graphics in a videogame affects your ping; it affects your FPS, not ping.

False. Data is being sent from server -> client which crashes the client. If it was a server issue an account would not be stuck online, or the server would have crashed.
