Is it the XP or drop rates you're worried about?

Will gold members on an account be for both worlds? Also is there vote rewards on world 2?

Gold membership will be the same between both worlds. Vote rewards will be similar/identical to the vote rewards on world 1 (though those are going to see some changes soon). This includes the removal of the infernal cape and a 20% drop rate boost if you've voted.

DROP RATES dude, it took me 2 weeks for 1k zulrah kills and no blowpipe wth is this

Ironman Mode needs 20x XP Combat. By the time you obtain a rare like a blowpipe or a whip you're probably already going to be max combat and the satisfaction to train with your drops doesn't exist. You just end up skipping tiers of equipment to fast go straight to best in slots, instead of "Upgrading" gear which is rewarding to the player. It's honestly boring bossing or going for uniques when max meele/combat stats are rushed unwillingly or prior to; thus making drops which are valuable for training like useless.
