Why would they be needed to be in the inventory? Just curious since in OSRS you don't.

Since we already have some sort of boosts already. Also a lot of the xp boosts would match some skilling outfits. Inventory actviation would let it add up.

Hmm, well fair point since the rewards seem to be more op-ish compared to osrs, damage and drop rate boosts etc...

Add zulrah scales to general store for 1.5k each? Zulrah will literally be useless then if everyone already has bp or serp
