I'd prefer Iron Man mode, however I don't think the game is in a state to create an enjoyable iron man mode.
I also worry that you think it's as easy as removing trade & giving somebody an icon next to their name lol, where in reality you need to altar shops, add missing content, create a way for bonds to be given to iron men etc
That being said, to implement a hard mode would take literally no time at all to do since you just change exp rates i guess l0l.
