After recent discussions amongst the staff team, we have noticed an large increase in the demand for account changes, due to this we are beginning to work behind the scenes to set up some automated items that in time will complete these tasks without the need for staff assistance. The two new items are listed below, until they are added they will be managed by Snr+ Staff, more information can be found below regarding the new additions.
Account game mode change ticket
GIM Group reset ticket
Each of the above can be purchased for 220
How it works:
A game mode change ticket can be opened in the Account Support section of the Forums, there is no time limit nor restrictions to this type of ticket, as long as you are able to "purchase" the ticket your changes will be processed by one of the Snr members of staff. This is not for game difficulty, which can be changed at any time by messaging Snr+ and will just result in your stats being reset. This ticket is for increasing your game mode tier, to decrease, ie go from an Ironman to a Normal account speak with Adam (west of home tele) in game to do so.
This means you can make your Normal account a Ironman / HCIM / GIM while your in game Rank / Bond pouch / Relics will not be affected and will be kept on the account.
You must:
- Display your password in this ticket (only snr staff can see this),
- Clear your bank of any items, whether you trade them to an alt or drop them.
Items that can be kept on your account in this process:
- Skilling outfits,
- Items purchased from the bond store, that are available on the game mode you are choosing,
- Pets,
- Untradable items such as the Bone crusher,
- Void set,
- If in doubt, ask.
This does not require a ticket, but you can open one if there are no Snr or higher members of staff online and we will get back to you. Once the fee for the reset stated above has been handed to the Snr+ member of staff taking care of the issue, your GIM Group will be reset, meaning you can join another team.
Please note after you have had your team reset, you will not be eligible for another reset for 7 days from the time of purchase.
