I don't know if it's intended but if it is... it shouldn't be
I went to train train range today on my account with rune knives
And started seeing blood amulet charges heal me off range damage so then I
Went and tested magic damage.... same thing
Idk if it's meant to be that way for this server but on osrs blood charges are only consumed from melee damage I should be able to train my range and magic with this amulet without the worry or consuming charges
Idk it's definitely not meant to be that way
