RoW (i) NPC Aggro toggle

Whilst the NPC Aggro feature is quite useful in a lot of places, it's also a detriment in others. It'd be great to have a toggle option on this.

I love how every time I say great idea make a post about it you do. I dont use my row because of a few places it sucks to have the npcs agro, like thermo trying to get into the boss room its craziness

There's a toggle for every other thing it's used for so I don't see why not.
