What about having the armor pieces added too? That could be something to think about.
Positives:
+ More versatility in high-end items
+ Bigger incentive to kill revs
+ Some players like them because they were in RS for a very long time
Negatives:
- Not in OSRS (Weapons aren't either though, so this isn't too relevant)
- Some players might see them as OP (Equipment stats can be tweaked if necessary)
Also, PvP items could be made usable outside of wildy, degradation+rarity ensures that they won't be used too much.
